There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated. No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay. NO amplified music (from speakers or phones) is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise and all music must be contained within the home cannot be heard from outside.
