This home is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just minutes from the Uptown Design District, Downtown, and the South Palm Springs Business District. Restaurants, night spots, cafes and grocery stores are just a short drive or Uber ride away. Ruth Hardy Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all close by as well, depending on what you are into…

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. Our Sunrise Park neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.

Responsible guest booking this home must be 25 years or older as our city short term rental permit requires.

Parties and events are not permitted. 

* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Service dogs are excepted.

This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.

There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated. 

No more than 3 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay. 

NO music is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside. 

All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
